First I have to say currently once I rejoined, Verizon basically cheated me. Getting no where!!!!! What a mistake getting Verizon, years of money wasted. I said mine and seemed even that was my account owner's old address, as we figured even this would have gotten swapped some wrong way but seriously, figuring out your software bug, how is it my responsibility? What in the world is that. I kept getting outrageous bills with add ons over and over double the amount I was told my plan would be. Zachary Chance spent over an hour with us troubleshooting and trying to figure it out. You can't believe anything they tell you. They consistently lie about their costs and services. They will do nothing to help you. I suggested they pull the call records to verify our cancellation and apparently that is too much work. We finally switched carriers and they messed up the billing. He told me if I was unhappy with my phone I can bring it back within 30 days not true. Call to get it corrected and they refund me one of the months but tell me I still owe that money. Worst experience ever!!! So I took Verizon in first and continued till In , I made another person from that group the account owner and left Verizon. We were customers for years with them and had nothing but trouble. There are lots of competitive cell phone carriers now, do NOT use this one! Frank King. After 20 years with them, will be switching! Charged us more than agreed upon and now the automatic payment didn't even come out. I resolved it by signing up with another provider. Paying for a phone and getting no service when I used to get service in this exact spot with same provider makes no sense. Of course no insurance and it wasn't paid off. However since I finally am on my soapbox, so let me vent and narrate what exactly is going on. Went online you get refered to cell phone sites. Apparently me opening an account with my spouse means I'm not an account holder so now I can't even see why our automatic payment never came out. I will now stop payment on my bill and I bet I get a real live person now. And such worst customer service, you not being able to figure out your tech problem due to which something is messed up is your problem not mine else hire me, lol. The lady said it might just be taking time, wait couple of mins else call customer care. What the heck? I had some issues of my own and had to create a "Promise to Pay" after my service was interrupted unexpectedly,.. Located other so called landline help numbers the same thing on hold for hours. Verizon has the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. I was lied to by Spencer the salesman in Madison Mississippi. Vicious, mafia company. Told my mother she needs to switch to Infinity.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} Feeling really bad even as I have been a Verizon customer for almost 3 years previously and currently a Verizon customer as well since 2 months. I try to bring my phone back within 30 days and they tell me they can't do nothing because it's been past 14 days the can't do anything. They bill you for things you didn't order, and do not disclose hidden costs. How could this be?? And then the agent said that login cannot reset password until mailing address is correct and address cannot be corrected unless I can log in, I mean what kind of idiotic logic is that? I switched to prepaid thinking I could avoid this trauma and it is worse! They have repeatedly lied to my family. Multiple calls to them with a different price for cancelling. All around bad business. I am very thankful to Dana!!! Do not go verizon if you dont have the money to deal with there crap. They asked me to call again later, so what? Even staying over a bit when the store was supposed to close!. And that's bs. Horrible service. Went to Westminster MD store awful experience. Do not use this service ever!! I had canceled my service 3 times and yet they kept billing me anyway. I finally leave and they charge me for two more months after. I am giving up on them. I am supposed to stay on the highway for another hour or call and go over your competence when I am at work by wasting my work time. Just the lines. Plus they are way overpriced. They do not value relationships or take responsibility for their mistakes. Now I had to leave for work, I mean if that much incompetence from the first agent and rudeness from the tech guy, and from Verizon, I never expected. I'm done with verizon and once I obtain enough to get out of our contract with both issues I'm going to. They never tell the truth in the store. Now the tech guy was much worse. I have been a customer for 5 years and get completely screwed everytime! Needed to have phone connected to blue tooth in truck was told just dial the number with the phone then connect with your blue tooth. I had been a customer for years and finally gave up on them. Stay away from this company. They have decided to run their service without real people. Awful awful service no one would fix the problem. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}Verizon makes me miss T Mobil. If I could give it no stars I would. Lost my employment and Dana in the California call center was very helpful and able to make my bill affordable until I am back employeed. Actually giving one star as there is no less. The five stars are for HIM!!!! Been trying to get it resolved since 10 am it is now after 4. Now I'm stuck paying for a phone I can't use. Run the other way. Overpay for months. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone they still do not want to refund money that is owed back to us because their company did not do their job and document our account. The whole process took around 2. Worst treatment I've ever received from any company. The purpose of blue tooth is to not have to use my phone while driving. Okay, done venting and off my soapbox. I can do a network reset may be, but I have lot of data, cannot just wipe my phone entirely, he is like but if you just joined Verizon then the device is new, I said no, I took it through Verizon only, but since I first joined so not new, I just joined back to Verizon. My mother's landline has been off all day. Then I called the Verizon customer care, the agent asked me all sort of details, asked for the account pin which the account owner was supposed to have, I got him in the call, everything sorted out, agent said I would correct it, can you confirm the mailing address. And when I called customer care again they were asking me to go outside at midnight alone so they can hear me properly, I drove to the highway where I found, and after speaking for 10 mins, they asked for the same thing and called up a tech guy and said no one is available, I mean come on am I providing the customer service or may be supposed to here. Please hire people that will help and know what they are doing. No human answers the phone and if you do happen to get put in the que.. All I have been able to is sit on hold for hours literally. FXxxx You Verizon and all your staff including the salespersons.
